1. Scope

1.1

This Standard applies to fuses that have a dc rating of 6000 A or less, 600 V or less, with an interrupting rating of 100 kA or less, and that are intended to be used where fuses of these ratings are required by the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I or II, or both.

1.2

This Standard applies to fuses that comply with either CSA Standard C22.2 No. 59.1, C22.2 No. 106, or both.
